Refresher Courses - The Scuba review program is a great way to get back into the water safely

Youíre a certified diver but itís been a while since youíve been diving. Do you miss the exhilaration that only diving can offer, the aquatic life, the feeling of being weightless? Why not discover it again. The Scuba review (Refresher Course)†program is a great way to get back into the water safely. The course is run over one day, usually on a weekend to coincide with our boat dives, and is usually run on call with a small group supervised by a qualified PADI Instructor or Divemaster.

PRE-REQUISITES:†† Be a certified PADI Open water/Junior Open water diver or equivalent.†

COURSE OUTLINE: The course consists of a Knowledge review, Pool session and Open water dive.

Recreational tables: Basic knowledge and Dive planning

Pool session: In the pool we run through all the skills you learnt on your Open Water Course, showing you techniques to make skills easier as well as helping out on any problem skills

Open water session: The open water session give you a safe environment in which to practice the skills you have just refreshed in the pool. We also show you some of our local diving, covering the diving environment and local marine life at one of our spectacular sites.

COURSE FEE: The Scuba review requires an investment of195.00. A deposit of $50.00 will secure your place in the program and gives you the chance to have a read through the course materials. The balance will be due at the start of the theory review.

INCLUDED IN THE COURSE: All equipment required (excluding Mask, Snorkel, Fins and Boots).

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT FOR THE COURSE: Mask, Snorkel, Fins and Boots, bathers and Towel.

Note: If you have you own scuba equipment, bring it in for a free assessment. Advice will be given on wear and tear and suitability for diving. Servicing is also available.

On completion of the Scuba review your log book will be stamped and signed showing Dive centers, Resorts, and Boat operators that you have updated your skills and renewed your confidence so that once again you can enjoy the Fun that is Scuba diving.
